Is it that time of year already? If you aren’t yourself, I’m sure most of you know someone who has graduated within the past week or so or who will be within the next week or two. PropertyOfZack is hopping on another one of AbsolutePunk’s Thursday Discussions to “celebrate” graduation and make a fun, and maybe emo, playlist about some of the best songs that sum up graduation from high school and/or college. Below you’ll find ten personal songs that sum up countless flashbacks of graduation, high school memories, and college expectations. Man Overboard - Love Your Friends, Die Laughing
This is a great song to relive some of your favorite high school memories. It might be a new pop-punk song, but it certainly has that old school sing-a-long-with-your-best-friends chorus that we all love.

Something Corporate - If You C Jordan
Remember this one? Looking back at it, it’s probably one of Andrew’s worst, but oh is it good. This one goes out to the passive aggressive nights we all had in high school. I’m a much more avid Jack’s Mannequin fan, but boy did Andrew know how to write an angst-ridden tune or two in SoCo.

Remember that “type” of girl (or guy) you hated in high school before you graduated? This is the song to describe what they turned into in college.
